Sam Bradley never ceases to amaze me. I have been to numerous shows of his, and each time his talent is unwavering.

Armed with just his Guitar and vocals, he managed to once again blow me away. Being a long-time supporter of Mr Bradley, it was exciting to see audience members (who had never seen him before) clap and cheer while looking rather impressed by his performances.

The set list comprised of songs including Science Prevents Me and Not Your Kind (from his new EP of the same name) and old favourites such as Too Far Gone, started the night off perfectly and kept us all enthralled in his presence. A new composition Loved Again was unveiled during the set too.

Along with me was a fan from Thailand who had never attended a show of his before, so I was overjoyed that she thoroughly enjoyed the show and wants to come next time again whenever she can! This is great news as I love to hear that another fan has been fully converted! The Church of Sam I call it.

Another aspect of Sam’s shows that I always delight in is the witty banter that he engages in with the crowd – as well as making himself laugh in the process! It reveals what a show man he is and keeps the audience on their feet and in hysterics.

Within the set, Sam always invites his sister Grace Lindsey to accompanying him in a duet, usually with the songs Only Human and Money in the Bank. Their voices combined result in what proves to be a beautiful harmony and just wonderful to listen to.

I definitely recommend going along to a show of his if you have not already, you certainly won’t be disappointed and you’ll keep coming back for more!
